Death Claims Luther Stewart of Hudson

Luther Stewart, aged 25, son of Mrs. Etta Stewart, of Hudson community, died
Tuesday, August 22, 1939, after a long illness.  Funeral services were held at
the New Hope Church, 3 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Jack McClung of
Jonesboro.  Interment was in the New Hope Cemetery under the direction of
Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Besides his mother, Mr. Stewart is survived by three sisters, Mrs. R. L.
Daily, Mrs. Travis Davis, and Miss Esther Stewart, of Dodson, and three
brothers, Archie Stewart, Leon Stewart, and Lonnie Stewart.
