Stovall, Former Resident of Dodson, Dies Dr. Henry F. Stovall, 53, of Jonesboro, La., well known Jackson Parish veterinarian, who died suddenly Monday morning of a heart attack, was buried Wednesday in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Funeral services were held in the chapel of the Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro and the American Legion was in charge of the services at the cemetery. Dr. Stovall was born in Jackson Parish and moved to Dodson when very young. A veteran of World War One, Dr. Stovall moved to Jonesboro ten years ago and was parish veterinarian during that time. He was the son of the late J. J. Stovall and Maggie Williamson Stovall. Surviving Dr. Stovall are his wife, Mrs. Blanche Madden Stovall; two daughters, Jerry and Jaime, all of Jonesboro; six brothers, B. M. Stovall, L. J. Stovall, and R. L. Stovall, all of Dodson; Dr. S. D. Stovall of Petaluna, California; W. L. Stovall of Vallejo, Calif.; and John C. Stovall of Monahans, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. J. F. Faith of Winnfield and Mrs. M. D. Nicholson of New Orleans.
