Mrs. L. J. Stovall Dies; Interment At Transport

Funeral services for Mrs. Tommie Marilla Stovall, 85, of Dodson, were held at
4 p.m. Friday at Dodson Methodist Church with the Rev. Dell Durand
officiating.  Burial was at Transport Cemetery near Dodson.

Mrs. Stovall was the widow of the late Logan J. Stovall, and a member of the
Dodson Methodist Church.

Mrs. Stovall died Thursday, June 18, 1970 at Winnfield General Hospital after
a long illness.

Survivors include three sons, Hefley H. Stovall of Vidalia, Lloyd J. Stovall
of Hammond, and Thomas Stovall of Alexandria; two daughters, Mrs. Roline
DeLoach of Winnfield and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Horton of Pensacola, Fla.; 13
grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
