Stroud Baby Is Buried Sunday At Mt. Zion Church

Services for David Glenn Stroud, son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Stroud of Rt.
1, Montgomery, were held at Mount Zion Methodist Church, Sunday July 12.
He died in Huey Long Hospital in Pineville, of an intestinal ailment. He
was one year and 18 days old.

He became seriously ill on Wednesday night and was taken to the hospital,
where he died Thursday morning.

Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Stroud, six brothers, Bobby
Wayne, Harold of the U.S. Army in California, Riley of Chicago, Illinois,
Grover, Douglas and Ray; two sisters, Minnie Lee and Carrie Fay; his
maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Cormane, and a number of uncles,
aunts and cousins.

3)David Glenn was born in what might be called unincorporated Montgomery,
which is actually Winn Parish. 4) Sister's name is Vernie Lee.
