Funeral Set For W. B. Strickland, Tremont Employee

William Burnham Strickland, 60, will be buried tomorrow, Friday, at 1 p.m.  He
died Thursday at 2 a.m.

Mr. Strickland, a native of Arkansas, had lived here for the past three years,
and was employed by Tremont Lumber Company in Joyce.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Hixson chapel with burial in
Georgetown Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Stella Strickland; one son, William
Strickland, of Joyce; four brothers, Joe of Columbia, J. H. of Overton, Texas,
Henry of Clarks, and Jesse Hensley of Peru, South America; three sisters, Mrs.
J. S. Finley of Longstreet, Mrs. Clara Horn of Fort Bragg, Calif., and Mrs.
J. L. Moore of Hawkins, Texas.
