Stubbs, Brother of Mrs. W. V. Hall, Dies Final rites were held at 10 a.m. March 30, at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Bossier City for Claude Harris Stubbs, 54, of 304 Thompson St., Bossier City. The Rev. Kemuel K. Corkern, pastor of the Bellaire Baptist Church in Bossier City, and Rev. W. R. Gage of Winnfield officiated. Burial followed in the Garden of Memories Cemetery near Winnfield. Mr. Stubbs, a resident of Bossier City for 14 years and a dispatcher for a truck transportation company, died at Schumpert Sanitarium at 3 a.m. Monday after a long illness. He is survived by his widow; two daughters, Miss Brenda Stubbs of Bossier City and Mrs. Mary Blakely of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Georgia Hall of Winnfield.
