Funeral Services For Sikes Native Held Dec. 29

H. H. Sullivan, 39 year old truck driver for Nelson Lumber Company, died
unexpectedly Saturday morning enroute from his home on Route 1, West Monroe,
to the hospital.

Mr. Sullivan was a native of Sikes and a member of the Old Union Baptist
Church at Grayson, La.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, in the Sharon Baptist
Church near Sikes with the Rev. W. C. Bounds officiating.  Burial was in the
church cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Carolyn W. Sullivan, West Monroe; two sons,
C. H. Sullivan and Roger Dale Sullivan, and one daughter, Linda Sue Sullivan,
all of West Monroe; three brothers, Huey J. Sullivan, Minden, Winford
Sullivan, Sikes, and Norris Sullivan, Kelly, La.; and three sisters, Mrs. Rose
Frisby, Sikes, Mrs. Lois Gregory, Crossett, Ark., and Mrs. Hardy Thompson,
Minden.
