She was a native of Atlanta, La. Mrs. Sullivan, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Asa Bell of Atlanta and Winnfield, was an employee of the Ferriday Employment Security Office and was a member of the Catholic Church. Funeral services will be conducted at Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield at 2 p.m. Thursday with Father Leger Tremblay from the Ferriday Catholic Church officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Boyd Helm, Jiggs Willis, Elmer Carruth, Tony Cosenza, A. E. Langford, Marvin Harrell. Honorary pallbearers will be Hilton McCrary, Kermit Kennedy, Dr. Charles Colvin, Dr. James Howell, and J. O. Lancaster, Jr. Surviving are her husband, C. J. Sullivan, Ferriday; one son, Billy Palmer, Hahnville, La.; two grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Virginia Dickerson Bradford, Winnfield; two nephews, Gordon Dickerson, Lake Charles and James A. Dickerson, Vidalia; one niece, Mrs. James A. Howell, Shreveport.
