Mrs. Raymond Sutton Dies Tuesday in a Shreveport Hospital

Funeral services for Mrs. Raymond Sutton, 19 years of age, who died at a
Shreveport hospital, January 21, 1936, where she had been carried that day for
treatment, were held Wednesday with the Rev. Will Sherwood in charge.  The
deceased was a member of the Athens Church.

She was born and reared in Winnfield and was before her marriage a Miss 
Varnell, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Varnell of Winnfield.  Besides her
parents she is survived by her husband, Raymond Sutton and two small children
of Winnfield; and the following brothers and sisters: Frank Varnell, Willie
Varnell, John Varnell, Mrs. R. Hyde, Mrs. John Bass, and Mrs. Henry Franks.
