Mrs. Thomas, 80, Montgomery, Dies Friday

Funeral services for Mrs. Hettie Thomas, 80, of Montgomery were held at 4 p.m.
Saturday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Montgomery.  Burial was in
Kimbrell Cemetery near Montgomery.  Mrs. Thomas died at 8:30 a.m. Friday in
the Naomi Heights Nursing Home in Alexandria after a long illness.

Survivors include a son, John M. Thomas, Kinder; two sisters, Mrs. Ellen
Patterson, Shreveport, and Mrs. R. E. Carnahan, Bossier City; three 
grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
