She was a descendant of the Teddlie, Brian, and Milling families, pioneer residents of Winn Parish. Funeral services were conducted at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Tuesday, with Rev. C. C. Martin, pastor of Laurel Heights Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Acting as pallbearers were Kent Wardlow of Montgomery, Robert Lee of Dayton, Ohio, J. W. Teddlie of Winnfield, Lowell Sensintaffar of Baker, La., Brian Porter and James Porter of DeRidder. Miss Teddlie spent her early days at the old Prothro mansion and plantation at St. Maurice. She was the daughter of the late E. W. Teddlie and Dosia Brian Teddlie. She attended old Mt. Lebanon and Keatchie Colleges and graduated from the Baptist Seminary at Waco, Texas. She later resided in Coushatta and for the past 25 years has made her home in Baton Rouge. Surviving are five sisters, Miss Ruby Teddlie, Mrs. Leck Lee and Mrs. Eddie Cockfield, of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Iva Stanfil of Waveland, Miss., and Mrs. Francis (Pollard) Harrison of Montgomery. Out of town relatives attending the last rites here were Miss Ruby Teddlie and Miss Marcia Harrison, Baton Rouge; Mrs. P. E. Harrison, Montgomery; Mrs. A. D. Kleinpeter, Waveland, Miss.; Robert E. Lee, Dayton, Ohio; Mr. and Mrs. Milling McCain, Alexandria, La.; Mrs. E. P. Kinchen, Mrs. C. E. Porter, Mrs. James Porter, and Mr. Brian Foster, all of DeRidder; Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Sensintaffar and Mrs. R. L. Griffith, Baker, La.
