Mrs. Thompson Dies; Interment At Sikes Thursday

Mrs. Charlie Thompson, 75, of Sikes, died Wednesday, October 9, 1968 in an
Alexandria hospital, following a brief illness.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Sikes Baptist Church. 
Burial was in the church cemetery.

Survivors are one son, Gerald Thompson of Alexandria; two daughters, Mrs.
Charlene Woolie of Baton Rouge and Mrs. Dorothy Mills of Springhill; one
brother, J. Homer Ingram of Liddieville; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Porter of
Winnfield and Mrs. Iver Mercer of Sterling City, Tex.; and ten grandchildren.
