Taylor Held February 5 Final rites for Walton Wright Taylor, 72 years, 8 months old, retired farmer, who died at the home of his son, Beverly Taylor, Route 3, Winnfield, were held at the Laurel Heights Latter Day Saints Church February 5, at 10 a.m. Burial was in the Summerville, La., Cemetery, under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home. Acting as pallbearers were Archie Bryant, Johnnie E. Finney, James Culpepper, Melvin Connor, Walter Speed, and Jim Alexander. A native of Summerville, La., Mr. Taylor, a retired farmer, had been making his home with his son here. He died in a local hospital February 3. Survivors are three sons, Beverley of Winnfield, D. W. of Trout, and Davis of Kermit, Texas; one daughter, Miss Minnie Lee Taylor of Oklahoma City; two brothers, D. F. Taylor, Baton Rouge and Ernest Taylor, Grayson.
