C. C. Taylor

Services for C. C. Taylor, 71, of Winnfield, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at
Southern Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Keith Hill and Dr. Calvin Phelps
officiating.

Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield.

Mr. Taylor died Saturday, November 27, 1982 at Highland Hospital in Shreveport
after a short illness.

He was a native of Gansville, was the owner of a used car lot, and was a
member of the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Taylor of Winnfield; son, Tommy Taylor
of Shreveport; six daughters, Mrs. Katherine Stewart of Winnfield, Mrs. Peggy
Henderson of Jonesboro, Mrs. Bertha Smid of Savannah, Ga., Mrs. Shirley Gaar
of Shreveport, Mrs. Sybil Crain of Lafayette, Mrs. Cindy Hayden of Linnville,
Ky.; three brothers, Travis Taylor of Tannehill, Wayne Taylor and O. W.
Taylor, both of Dodson; two sisters, Mrs. Jackie Pixley of Baton Rouge, and
Mrs. Laurine Lormin of Winnfield, La.
