Funeral services and burial will be held at the Gansville Church and cemetery, but the time for services and burial had not been decided Thursday morning. A Masonic ceremony will be held at the cemetery. For the past several years Mr. Taylor has been a farmer and sawmill operator of the Gansville Community. He was born in Bienville Parish March 6, 1889. Besides his membership in the Baptist Church he was also a Master Mason. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, who was Miss Carrie Shively before her marriage; two daughters, Lella Mae Harper of San Diego, California and Mrs. Mary Temple of Jonesboro, Rt. 1; and one son, Jeffie Taylor of Rt. 1, Jonesboro; and twelve brothers and sisters: Fred L. Taylor of Rt. 1, Jonesboro, Mrs. Daisy Fallen of Ruston, Mrs. W. D. Temple and Mrs. Floyd Taylor of Dodson, Mrs. Winnie Baggett of Shreveport, Clayton Taylor of Alexandria, Mrs. Minnie Lou Land of Ruston, Mrs. Ethel Scott of San Diego, California, Archie Taylor of Shreveport, Roy Taylor of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Vera Varble of San Diego, California, and Clyde Taylor of Ruston.
