Taylor, Winn Native, Dies Thursday Funeral services for Henry Edgar Taylor, 65, of West Monroe, were held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church here with the Revs. Calvin Phelps and Eskel Tatum officiating. Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. Mr. Taylor died Thursday, February 12, 1976 at St. Luke's Hospital in Houston, Tex., after a lengthy illness. He was an accountant for a pipeline company, a veteran of World War II, and a native of Winn Parish. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lucille Brooks Taylor of West Monroe; six brothers, Wilburn E. Taylor of Shreveport, Louie Taylor of Dodson, Lonnie Taylor of New Orleans, Hesley Taylor and Buford Taylor, both of Dodson, and William N. Taylor, Jr., of Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. J. D. Frazier of West Monroe and Mrs. Dalton Weeks of Goldonna; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Jerry Weeks, Lynn Taylor, Mark Brooks, Garland Taylor, Orland Frazier, Richard Brooks.
