Cullen, Pastor, Winnfield Baptist Church, Had Charge of Services Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Louise Taylor, who died at the home of her son, Mr. Jim Taylor, Winnfield, Saturday morning, were held at the Union Church, Sunday. Interment was in the Union Cemetery. The Rev. Cullen, pastor of the Winnfield Baptist Church had charge of the services. Mrs. Taylor was born in Watervalley, Mississippi, August 16, 1858, being almost 72 years of age at the time of her death. She has been a resident of Winn Parish for the past 16 years and a resident of Winnfield 9 years. She had been in ill health many years. The deceased is survived by the following children: Fred Glover and family of Coushatta; Jim Taylor and family of Winnfield; Mrs. Jesse Sheppard and family of Kirkwood; Mrs. Carl Sheppard and family of Joyce; Mrs. Earl Bones and family of Kansas City, Mo. and two sisters, Mrs. S. P. Pagan of Springhill and Mrs. Tom Burkett of Hico, Texas, and three great, great grandchildren. All the children were present and also the sister, Mrs. Pagan. Mrs. Burkett was unable to attend on account of illness.
