Oldest Dr. of North Louisiana Dies At His Home In Olla

Dr. William Vannah Taylor, known as the dean of Louisiana physicians, died at
his home in Olla Saturday night, following an illness of eight months.

The deceased was said to be the oldest practicing physician in north
Louisiana, having practiced in Olla for fifty-seven years.

Dr. Taylor is survived by two daughters and three sons.
