Terrel L. B. Terrel, a member of a prominent family, 76 years old, died at his home in Dodson Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m. Mr. Terrel had been in ill health for some time. However, only recently his condition became extremely serious. Mr. Terrel, a native of this state, was twice married, his first wife having died several years ago. To these unions seven children, all of whom are living, were born. They are: V. L. Terrel, Dodson; J. D. Terrel, Dodson; Mrs. W. S. Adams, Cherokee, Ala.; Mrs. Ira A. Adams, Leaton, Ala.; Mrs. E. F. Brantley, Iuka, Miss.; Mrs. Finley Craddock, Cherokee, Ala.; and Miss Verda Terrel, Iuka, Miss. Mr. Terrel became a Christian and joined the Baptist Church early in life. Rev. W. T. Strain, of Simsboro, conducted the funeral services Wednesday at 11 a.m. and the body was interred in the cemetery at Transport at 12 o'clock Wednesday. The bereaved have the sympathy of friends and relatives in their loss.
