Terry Services for Mr. Sidney Harvey Terry were held at 2:00 p. m. Monday, February 14, 1994 in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Winnfield, with Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating. Burial followed in the Garden of Memories in Winnfield. Mr. Terry, 69, of Winnfield, died at 8:40 a. m. Saturday, February 12, 1994 in the Winn Parish Medical Center. He was a member of Goldonna Baptist Church. Mr. Terry was a retired master mechanic with Brown & Root. Survivors include his wife, Eva Monsour Terry, Winnfield; four sons, Sidney Wayne Terry of West Monroe, Wesley Edward Terry of Channelview, Texas, Hardy J. Terry of Calhoun, and Gary Terry of Houston, Texas; three step-son, Jackie D. Davies of Belle Chasse, Leslie Ray Davies, Jr., of Medford, Oregon, and Greggory E. Davies of Winnfield; two brothers, Herbert H. Terry of Baycliff, Texas and Richard Terry of Atlanta, Georgia; a sister, Audrey Louise Jesselink of Crossett, Arkansas; 21 grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren. Pallbearers were: Tim Page, Wayne Moore, Douglas Allen, James "Buddy" Jordan, Deano Thornton, and Eugene Edmonds.
