Rites For Kenneth Teegarden Held Monday, Jan. 22

Kenneth C. Teegarden, 22 month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlton Teegarden,
died after a short illness Thursday, January 18, at Lake Charles, La., where
he and his family were residing.

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 20, at 2:30 p.m. at the Hixson
Chapel in Winnfield and burial was in the Winnfield Cemetery.  Dr. W. L.
Holcomb, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Winnfield, officiated.

Pallbearers were Ed Waller, Donald Maxwell, Marvin Harrell, and Joe Watts.

Kenneth was born in Winnfield and lived here the first months of his life
before his family moved to Lake Charles to reside about a year ago.  He is
survived by his parents; a sister, Jennifer, and his grandparents, Mrs. Ola
Teegarden of Winnfield and Mrs. and Mrs. C. A. Waller of Dodson.
