Stacy C. Thigpen, Sikes Native, Is Buried April 5

Final rites for Stacy Cleo Thigpen, 42, native of Sikes, who died Tuesday
at his Bogalusa home, were held Thursday, April 5, at 3 p.m. in Hixon
Brothers Chapel, Alexandria.  Burial was in a Pineville cemetery.

Mr. Thigpen was head of the Southern Memorial Trade School in Bogalusa.

Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Ruth Thigpen, two sons, Barry and Brude
Thigpen, and daughter, Nancy Jane Thigpen, all of Bogalusa; two brothers,
Crafton Thigpen and R. A. Thigpen, and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold
Thigpen, all of Sikes.
