Mrs. L. Thompson Dies At Home, Montgomery, Rt. 1

Mrs. Lodie A. Thompson, 63, died at her home, Montgomery, Route 1, Thursday,
February 15, after an illness of several weeks.  Funeral services and burial
were held at the Mars Hill Cemetery Thursday afternoon under the direction of
Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, with Rev. N. D. Adams of Montgomery,
officiating.

A native of Grant Parish, Mrs. Thompson has resided on Montgomery, Route 1,
for the past 23 years.

She is survived by her husband, Charles J. Thompson of Montgomery, Route 1;
three sons, Charles E. Thompson, William M. Thompson, and George L. Thompson,
all of Montgomery; one daughter, Mrs. Martha Quade of Orange, Texas; and one
sister, Mrs. Adeline Lasyone of Pollock, La.
