Mother of Local Jeweler Dies Friday, July 28

Mrs. J. P. Tomlinson, 77, of Winnfield, died Friday, July 28, 1967, in a local
hospital following a short illness.

Mrs. Tomlinson was a former resident of Ruston but had resided here with her
son for several years.

Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Kilpatrick's chapel with the
Rev. H. B. Fuller officiating.  Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, W. H. Tomlinson of Bogalusa and Price Tomlinson of
Winnfield; two brothers, W. M. Haughton of Ruston and R. A. Haughton of
Dickerson, Texas, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. H. N. Mallory of Ruston Mrs. E.
J. Waldrup of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Mrs. Nellie Dervamin of Minden.
