Death Claims Robert Thompson Winn Resident

Funeral services of Robert Thompson of Sikes, who died at Clarks Tuesday were
held May 22 at the Sikes Church with the Rev. Jerry Fordham officiating. 
Southern Funeral Home was in charge.  Mr. Thompson was 65 years of age and had
been a member of the church for 35 years.

Surviving are his wife, three sons, and two daughters, Luther Thompson and
Mrs. Luther Pepper, Clarks, La.; Mrs. Howard Fuller, Chatham; Leonard
Thompson, Winnfield; and C. J. Thompson, Leesville.  He is also survived by
three brothers and two sisters, Charlie and Jessie Thompson, Mrs. Julia Smith,
and Mrs. Amanda Shell, Sikes; and Mrs. R. S. Kennedy, Breckenridge, Texas.
