Mrs. Transier, 77, Of Dry Prong Dies Sunday, February 3

Funeral services were held at the Dry Prong Baptist Church at 2:30 p.m.
Monday, February 4, 1952 for Mrs. Susan Transier, 77, of Dry Prong, who died
at her residence on February 3.  Rites were conducted by Rev. Moses Mercer and
interment was in the Dry Prong Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral
Home.

Mrs. Transier is survived by two daughters, Mrs. W. C. Ivy of Dry Prong and
Mrs. F. D. Wiedeman of Lincoln, Nebraska; two sons, Alfred and Maliga Transier
of Dry Prong; 14 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one nephew, C. C.
Blakity of Vivian, and a host of friends.

She was born May 16, 1774 and was a member of the Baptist Church.
