All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** From: June 3, 1948 Winn Parish Enterprise Last Rites Held May 30 For Mrs. Ada Bell Tucker Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Bell Tucker, 57, of Winnfield, who died of a heart attack in Alexandria at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, May 29, were held at the Mineral Springs Church at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon, May 30, with the Rev. Breithaupt, Rev. C. M. Robinson, and Rev. D. A. Kerbow officiating. Burial was in Mineral Springs Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home. Mrs. Tucker is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Bernice Jones, Bernice; Mrs. J. W. Coon, Sikes; Mrs. Hazel Shirey, Pollock; and Mrs. Herbert Lamberth, Alexandria; and three sons, Fred Tucker, of Sikes; Jess Tucker, Calvin; and Alson Tucker of Monroe; three brothers, Abe Womack, Sikes, Clarence Womack, Sikes, and Walter Womack, Winnfield. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers were Donald Coon, Dwight Tucker, Carl Womack, Leonard Womack, E. C. Womack, and Hayes Simpson.
