Services for Mrs. Earline Underwood will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2002 in the Southern
Funeral Home Chapel, Winnfield with the Rev. Kenneth Tarver and Rev. Pete May officiating. Burial will
be in Wright Cemetery, Sikes, La. 

Mrs. Underwood, 76, of Sikes died Monday, May 20, 2002 in the North Monroe Hospital. 

She was a native of Norphlett, Ark., a member of Hurricane Grove Baptist Church, worked at Olin Kraft
for many years and was a retired lunchroom worker at Sikes High School. 

Mrs. Underwood is survived by one son, Tommy Underwood of Sikes; one daughter, Sudie Underwood of
Jena; one brother, Pete Shell of Angleton, Texas; two sisters, Lora Anne May of Grayson and Frances
Walker of Columbia, La.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 

Pallbearers will be Lowell Hubbard, Mark May, Carl Peppers, Sonny McDaniel, James Floyd Oliver, and
Danny McCarty. 

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 22, 2002 from 8 a.m. until time of service.
