Hugh C. Vickers Dies; Burial At Beech Creek

Funeral services for Hugh C. Vickers, 59, of Olla, were held at Shady Grove
Baptist Church with the Rev. E. D. Dearman officiating.

Burial was in Beech Creek Cemetery.

Mr. Vickers died Sunday April 13, 1975 in Hardtner Medical Center at Urania
after a lengthy illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Blanche T. Vickers of Olla; two sons, Morris
"Skeeter" Vickers of Olla and Glenn Roy Vickers of Ft. Bragg; three brothers,
Radford Vickers of Urania, Charlie Vickers of Harrisonburg, and Albert Vickers
of Jena; one sister, Mrs. Hattie Mae Quaid of Summerville, and four
grandchildren.
