The Rev. Kenneth L. Christy, pastor of John Knox Presbyterian Church officiated. Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery. Mrs. Willis, a native of Arkadelphia, Ark., and a resident of Bossier City for the past 52 years, died May 22, 1983 in Bossier Medical Center following a short illness. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Shreveport where she taught the LYDIA Sunday School Class for many years. She was survived by her son, Jack B. Willis of Ringgold; one daughter, Mrs. Eldridge Estes of McNeal, Ariz.; one brother, Eck Bozeman of Winnfield; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a number of other relatives. Pallbearers were her grandsons.
