Miss White, 71, Succumbs After Lengthy Illness

Funeral services for Carrie D. White, 71, of Sikes, were held at 2 p.m.
Saturday at the Hart Assembly of God Church in Sikes with the Rev. James
Simons officiating.

Burial was in the Wright Cemetery.

Miss White died Friday morning, January 19, 1973 at the Columbia Heights
Hospital in Columbia following a lengthy illness.

She was a lifelong resident of Sikes.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
