Drury White, 77, Dies Dec. 15 After Long Illness

Drury Leon White, 77, died Friday, December 15, 1967 in a Columbia hospital
after a lengthy illness.  He was a life long resident of the Hebron Community
and a member of the Baptist Church.

He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Gregory of Houston, Tex.; four
sisters, Mrs. Claudia Sanford of West Monroe, Mrs. W. R. Smith, Mrs. Audie
Banks and Miss Carrie White, all of Sikes; two grandchildren, and three great
grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Hart Assembly of God
Church at Sikes by Rev. Al Douglas and Rev. Lonnie Fogger.  Burial was in
Wright Cemetery by Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Pallbearers were Billie K. Gregory, Benton Gregory, Wilbur White, Curt Smith,
Max Smith, and Jack Smith.
