Jesse Walker Killed By Gravel Pit Cave-In

Jena, La., Feb.22-Jesse Walker, 26 years old, was killed here Saturday
afternoon while working in the Coleman gravel pit.  A cave-in occurred while
he was loading a truck, covering both Walker and the truck.  He was working
alone and the body was not found until about seven hours after he had last
been seen going to the pit.  The body was taken to Dodson, La., his former
home, for interment.  He is survived by his widow and one small child.
