Last Rites For W. M. Walker, 74, Held At Hargis

Marshall W. Walker, 74, died in a Pineville Hospital Monday, Dec. 22.  Last
rites were conducted at 11 a.m. December 23 at the Hargis Baptist Church with
burial in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mr. Walker is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emily Walker of Route 1, Montgomery;
two daughters, Mrs. Clydell McLain of Montgomery and Mrs. Mable Sanders of
Glendall, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren; three brothers, William Walker of
Monroe, Cecil Walker of Jackson, La., and Mitchell Walker of Lake Providence,
La.; three sisters, Mrs. Iver Dickerson of Pineville, Mrs. Clema Bazar and
Mrs. Susie Butts of Montgomery.
