A. Waller Succumbs After Long Illness Mrs. Viola Thomas Waller, 36, wife of T. A. Waller, succumbed Tuesday, October 15, while enroute to the clinic in Winnfield from Deberry, Texas, where she had made her home for the past four and a half months. She had been in ill health for a number of years. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the New Hope Church, with the Rev. J. W. Buckner, Baptist minister in charge. He will be assisted by Rev. R. L. Daily, Nazarene minister of Dodson. Southern Funeral Home will be in charge. Mrs. Waller was born in Winn Parish August 12, 1910, and was a member of the Baptist Church. Besides her husband, she leaves two children, Esther and Marshall; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Thomas of Sikes; two brothers, Fred Thomas of Chatham and Troy Thomas of Rayville.
