Warner Dies Suddenly Tuesday May 9, Oak Grove George W. Warner, age 77, died suddenly at Oak Grove Tuesday of this week and funeral services were held at Zion Hill Thursday afternoon with interment in the Zion Hill cemetery. The body was brought to the home of Odus Long Thursday morning and there awaited burial in the afternoon. The deceased was born in Winn parish and is survived by fifteen children from three marriages. Included in this number are eight sons, Milford Warner of Beinville, Fred Warner, Winnfield, Aurelius Warner, Alexandria, Willie Warner, Corssett, Ark., G. W. Warner and Ben Tracy Warner of U. S. Army stationed in Maryland, Clifford Warner and Stafford Warner of Bossier City; seven daughters, Mrs. Cecil Berry, Winnfield, Mrs. Ethel Mack, Mrs. Banna Kirkland, Hazel Warner, Mrs. Moise Grosjean and Lurline Warner of Oak Grove; three brothers, J. R. Warner, Winnfield, Ed Warner, Jonesville and John Warner, Hudson; three sisters, Mrs. N. C. Greer, Winnfield, Mrs. Tinnie Banks, Monroe, and Mrs. Georgianna Parsons, Shreveport.
