Henry Warner, 66, Succumbs; Rites Monday

Henry Hardy Warner, 66, of Winnfield died at 12:45 p.m. Saturday, June 26,
1971, in a hospital here after a lengthy illness.  

Mr. Warner was a native of Winn Parish and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace Warner of Winnfield; a son, Henry
Warner, Jr., of Winnfield; a stepson, J. B. McCain of Natchitoches; a
daughter, Mrs. Martha Bishop of Winnfield; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Rosanna Gorham
of Winnfield; three brothers, Lee Warner and Arnold Warner of Wisner and
George Warner of Winnsboro; two sisters, Mrs. Medie Stringer of Dallas, Texas
and Mrs. Ruby Wood of Ruston, and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Southern Funeral
Home with Rev. C. D. Bates officiating.  Burial was in Winnfield Cemetery.
