Warner, 57, Held Here Monday Last rites for Ocie O. Warner, 57, who died in a Winnfield hospital September 1 after a long illness were held Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the First Baptist Church with the pastor, Dr. W. L. Holcomb, the Rev. G. A. McVay, and the Rev. John William Warner officiating. Burial was in the Winnfield Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Howard and James Tarver, Marvin Harrell, Ronnie Melton, Rayford Roark, and David Melton. A native of Dodson, Mr. Warner spend most of his lifetime in Winnfield as a mechanic. At the time of his death he was owner and operator of a garage and filling station. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and ahd been a Modern Woodmen of the World for 32 years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Audie Ava Waller Warner; three daughters, Mrs. Louis DeBusk, Winnfield; Mrs. Terrell Stephens, Lindsay, Okla.; Mrs. Carl Baum, Odessa, Texas; three sons, Arthur and Morgan Warner, Winnfield, and Ocie Warner, Jr., Coushatta; and nine grandchildren. He also leaves three brothers, Dorrice Warner, Winnfield; Dewey Warner, Cuero, Texas; J. B. Warner, Cotton Valley; and one sister, Mrs. Thelma Lawson, Dayton, Ohio.
