Mrs. Anne Clifton Waters Is Buried At Pine Ridge

Mrs. Anne Clifton Waters, 65 years of age, died suddenly from a heart attack
at her home in Ward Ten Saturday, July 29, 1939 at 7 a.m.  Funeral services
were held Sunday at the Pine Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Fox officiating.

Mrs. Waters was born and reared in Ward Ten.  She was a member of the
Methodist Church having joined in that community while a young girl.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas B. Waters; and three daughters, Mrs. Philip
O'Neal of Chestnut; Mrs. Lee Davis and Mrs. R. E. Holland of Winnfield.  Eight
grandchildren also survive.
