Thomas B. Waters, Retired Farmer, Succumbs Oct. 20

Thomas B. Waters, 75 year old retired Winn Parish farmer, died at his home
near Goldonna Saturday, October 20, after an illness of several weeks.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the family residence with Rev. Roy
Joiner, pastor of Goldonna Baptist Church, in charge.  Burial followed in the
Pine Ridge Cemetery with Ed Bryant, Bud Pennington, Crosby Lucky, O. J. Dean,
Elvin Hyman, and Walter Bradley as pallbearers.

The deceased is survived by three daughters, Mrs. R. E. Hollan and Mrs. Lee
R. Davis of Winnfield, and Mrs. Phillip O'Neal of Goldonna; six grandsons,
three granddaughters, and two great great grandchildren.

(I believe of the pallbearers named, it should possibly be Cosby Lucky and
Elvin Hyman should be Haymon or Hayman)
