Funeral Services For Mrs. L. Dow Wardlow Friday

Funeral services for Mrs. L. Dow Wardlow, who died suddenly at Montgomery at
2:45 p.m. Wednesday, will be held at the Montgomery Methodist Church Friday
morning at 10 o'clock.  Burial will follow in the Forest Park Cemetery,
Shreveport.

Mrs. Wardlow, a native of Winnfield, will be remembered by many here as Miss
Effie Hyde, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. N. M. Hyde.  She is the sister
of Mrs. W. C. Colvin and Mr. Rob Hyde of Winnfield.

Surviving are her husband, L. Dow Wardlow, president of the Bank of
Montgomery; two daughters, Mrs. L. C. Clanton, Shreveport, and Mrs. E. W.
Baccus, Austin, Texas.

She also leaves one sister, Mrs. Colvin of Winnfield and seven brothers, Tot
Hyde, Alexandria; Clyde Hyde, Germantown, Tenn.; Eugene Hyde, Baton Rouge;
Brent and E. Q. Hyde, Monroe; W. F. Hyde, Shreveport; and Rob Hyde, Winnfield.
