Wardlow of Montgomery Died Saturday Otis Franklin Wardlow, 56, of Montgomery, La., died at the Baptist Hospital, Alexandria, la., Saturday, February 8. He had been in ill health for more than a year. A resident of Montgomery, La., for thirty-nine years, Mr. Wardlow was connected in business with the Booth Motor Co. He was a member of the Methodist Church of Montgomery. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Feb. 11, from the Methodist Church of Montgomery, of which the deceased was a member, and burial was at the Mount Zion Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Winnfield. Rev. Lula Wardlow, assisted by Rev. T. A. Brown, conducted the services. Mr. Wardlow is survived by his wife, Mrs. O. F. Wardlow of Montgomery; three sons, O. M. Wardlow and Kent Wardlow of Montgomery, and Cpl. James H. Wardlow of the United States Army; one daughter, Mrs. F. M. Brian of New Orleans, La.; one brother J. H. Wardlow of Montgomery, La. Pallbearers were J. L. Nelms, A. B. Collier, T. O. Harrison, Ira Downs, Tom Hurley, and Willard Walters.
