Henry Whisonant Succumbs At His Home In Winnfield Monday

Funeral services for Henry Whisonant, 84 years of age, who died at his home in
Winnfield on Monday, February 15, 1937, were held at the home Tuesday
afternoon with the Rev. Alwin Stokes, pastor Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Interment was in the Winnfield Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral
Home.

Surviving the deceased are his widow, Mrs. Bell Whisonant, two daughters and
two sons, Mrs. J. T. O'Neal and Clint Whisonant, of Winnfield; Mrs. C. H.
Buffington and Louis Whisonant, Omaha, Nebraska, one brother, Calvin Whisonant
of Southern California, and seven grandchildren and a host of friends.
