B. Rowell, Marshall, Texas, August 16, 1 p.m., were held in Winnfield Monday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ben Price. The Rev. C. C. Wier, pastor Winnfield Methodist Church, and the Rev. Alwin Stokes, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, had charge of the last rites. Interment was in the Winnfield Cemetery. The deceased was 57 years and 20 days old. She had been a resident of Winnfield for many years, until several months ago, when she went to Texas for her health. She is survived by one son, Johnnie Wilkins of Winnfield, two daughters, Mrs. Ben Price of Winnfield and Mrs. Mable Wilkins of Fort Worth, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Nora Brooks of Montrose, Mrs. Myrtle Ashcroft of Oak Grove, and Mrs. G. B. Rowell of Marshall, Texas. Out of town relatives attending the funeral were Eva Jean Rowell, Mr. and mrs. C. L. Rowell, of Westdale, and Mrs. J. A. Boyett of Tannehill.
