Mrs. Lucy Wilder Succumbs; Buried At Jordan Hill

Mrs. Lucy Mae Wilder, 62, died late Monday, July 18, in a Winnfield hospital
following a brief illness. Her husband, J. S. Wilder, had succumbed to a long
illness on July 3.

Last rites for Mrs. Wilder were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Jordan Hill
Pentecostal Church with the Rev. D. G. Boyett, Rev. C. D. Bates, and Rev. D.
Breithaupt officiating. Burial was in Jordan Hill Cemetery under direction of
Edmonds Funeral Home.

Acting as pallbearers were Kenneth, Leonard, and Melvin Smith, Earl and George
Jordan, and Sammy Rosier.

Mrs. Wilder is survived by her mother, Mrs. Farlene Smith; four brothers,
Otis, Marion, John, and Floyd Smith, and two sisters, Mrs. Ella Jordan and
Mrs. Sam Rosier, all of Winnfield.
