Willis Rose-Neath Funeral Home Marshall St.-Shreveport, La. Services for Mr. Lloyd B. Willis, 86, Shreveport, will be at 10 a. m. Wednesday, March 13, 1991 at Marshall Street Chapel with Dr. George Haile, pastor of University Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, officiating. Burial will be in Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe at 2 p.m. Mr. Willis died Monday, March 11, 1991 in Shreveport after a brief illness. Mr. Willis was a resident of Shreveport for the past five years. He was a former resident of University Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, La. He left Baton Rouge to reside at the Glen Retirement Center in Shreveport, La. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ernie Nichols Willis. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Thomas and Wendy Willis of Ethel, La.; two daughters and son-in-law: Sue Willis and John R. Ballard of Shreveport, La.; Karen Willis Burns of Shreveport, La.; three grandsons, David Willis Ballard of Shreveport, La.; Grant Lloyd Willis and Cole Davis Willis, both of Ethel, La.; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Family suggests memorials be made to the Glen Retirement Center in Shreveport, La.
