Earl C. Williams Died Last Thursday At Home, New Verda

Earl Culpepper Williams, New Verda, died at his home last Thursday night at
nine o'clock.  He was 48 years old.  Burial was at Iatt on Friday afternoon
with Hixon Bros. Funeral Home, Winnfield, in charge.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Susie Williams of New Verda, who before her
marriage was Susie Buchanan of Dodson; two sons, Melvin and Charles of New
Verda; four daughters, Mrs. Lela May Hines, Mrs. Bertha Oliver, Miss Marjorie
Williams, and Miss Dorothy Jean Williams, all of New Verda; four brothers, A.
E. Williams and E. O. Williams, both of Dry Prong; and Lee and Charles
Williams of New Verda; and his mother, Mrs. Delia Robinson Williams, New
Verda.
