Former Winnfield Resident Dead

W. O. Williams, prominent businessman of Vivian, died at his home there
Friday, November 12th, interment taking place in Vivian Saturday afternoon.

Mr. Williams was formerly a citizen of this place beginning his business
career in 1901 as an agent for the Singer Sewing Machine Co., later
establishing a jewelry store, which he operated successfully for a number of
years, selling out to go into a similar business in Vivian.
