Walker Alexandria, La., Feb. 2. James H. Walker, of Pollock, 71 years old, a native of Winnfield, but for many years a resident of Pineville and later of Pollock, died in the local hospital Sunday afternoon. The body was taken to Pollock where the services were held at the family residence Monday or Tuesday and interment was made in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Pineville, following services in Mt. Olive Chapel. The deceased is survived by the following children" The Misses Hattie and Jerry Walker of Pollock; Mrs. Grover A. Skoog of Shreveport; Rufus, Marvin and Leland Walker of Pollock. Also, two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Dammon of Pineville and Mrs. Mayo LaCroix of Houston, Tex.
