Walker of Little Rock Is Buried Friday Son of I. S. Walker of Winnfield Succumbs Wednesday Funeral services for Willie W. Walker, 51, who died at his home in Little Rock, Ark., Wednesday, July 6th, after a two days illness, were held in the Winnfield First Baptist Church Friday afternoon, July 8th. The Rev. Buckner of Jonesboro, Rev. Alwin Stokes and Rev. G. A. Morgan of Winnfield, officiated. Interment was in the Winnfield Cemetery. Pallbearers were C. L. Smith, Burton Williams, John Holmes, C. J. Hastings, A. L. Smith, Clayton Taylor, and R. L. Thomas. Willie W. Walker was the son of Mr. I. S. Walker of Winnfield. He resided in this community before going to Little Rock. He will be remembered by a large number of friends who will regret to learn of his death. Surviving are his wife, and one son, Billie, his father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. I. S. Walker of Winnfield; one brother, Cranford Walker of Los Angeles, California, and two sisters, Mrs. H. T. Wiegle of Texarkana, Texas and Mrs. W. S. McFarland of Ladonia, Texas.
